Viviane Falkembach is a Brazilian producer, new play developer, and collaborative arts director and administrator. With a clear focus on building new works from the ground up, her practice champions accessibility, dignity, and care, most notably through sensory-friendly programming tailored for neurodivergent audiences. With an extensive background in directing, playwriting, set design, and choreography, she is able to comprehensively support every phase of a production's lifecycle, seamlessly bridging the gap between artistic vision and logistical execution.

She has collaborated with Espaço Cênico Theater Company (Shell Award, 2019), Cie Dos à Deux (APTR Award, 2023), and the Carroça de Mamulengos Troupe. Her creative and technical work has been staged at venues and festivals such as the Yan Mishalski Theater, Laércio Ruffa Theater, INTERARTE II Theater Festival, and the MostraNossa Theater Festival. In addition to her theatrical credits, her recent operational work includes coordinating cross-functional site operations and managing time-sensitive budgets at LOFT Design, as well as leading academic and administrative operations as the Director of FK Idiomas English School.

Since 2024, Viviane has successfully secured R$1.2M in Brazilian Federal Art Law grant funding to support original productions, training programs, and community engagement initiatives for ENTRE/VIAS Performing Arts. Her original play, The Borders, earned a spot in the Top 30 among 297 productions at Brazil's largest national competition, the 9th and 11th Rio de Janeiro National University Theater Festival (FESTU). Previously, her original work, It Is Impossible to Write Anything Else, was a Semifinalist for Best Play and was chosen for the National Selection at the 7th FESTU competition.
